Core elements

Colour

Bright and dark

How to use them

Bright blue and Dark blue are the main colours of the PPDS wordmark. Dark Blue can be also used - together with the additional colours - to fill in backgrounds or to refine the graphics of the corporate identity. The orange colour will be used mainly for 'call to action' elements.

Where to use which colour?

The colour of each media asset must be carefully considered in terms of the message. Use the colours that best align with the objective, and that present the message clearly. Check below for more guidance.

Primary

These are the major colours. These are mainly used for background panels, coloured sections, colour overlays on images, for lines, and for headings.

Complementary

You can use this colour to give extra focus to elements. These could be text that needs to stand out, call to actions, buttons, hyperlinks, etc.

Additionals
Enrichers

If you want more contrast in a media asset then you can achieve that with the additional enricher colours. They can be used for background panels, coloured sections, borders, etc.
