This guide brings you the tools, techniques, and tones we can use to show our brands – both PPDS and Philips Professional Displays – in a consistent and positive way. We have aimed to include everything you need to design and communicate successfully and easily, including logos and layouts, colours and content. Remember, as well, it’s not always a one size fits all approach. And if there are aspects that need special consideration, we are open to discuss these with you.

Why do we use it?

Everything we do, whether we are creating a marketing asset or a sales proposal, or if we are communicating with a customer face-to-face, by phone, or in writing, gives signals about what we are like and what we believe in.

The right signals are vital. And these are delivered visually – in the way we present ourselves and our communications – and verbally – in the words we speak, write, and deliver our messages.

Our brand hierarchy is complex, as it includes both PPDS – the trading name for the company we work for – and Philips Professional Displays – the products we bring to market. Getting our signals spot on is essential to making this hierarchy easier to understand.
